I booked a small bridal spa day here and we loved it! Two out of the group had massages and reflexology and they could not have been happier. I personally had a facial and a manicure and both were fantastic. Throughout the week leading up to our day I had several changes, Ashley was so accommodating and patient with our group! They had little goody bags and orange juice ready when we got there, and those little things go a very long way! We will absolutely be going back!
I gave them one last chance. Had two bad experiences before but thought that my friend goes there so I’ll try again. Asked for only highlights on short hair, specified that I like ash tone not gold. Well after getting home in “normal lighting” and not their flourescent lighting, I was not pleased. For what I spent, asking for “ difinitive” highlights and NOT all over color-I got all over drab pale gold dark blonde. I thought that it was me and waited a few days. I went back to get a ash toner to get the brassinesd out. I was given another stylist. She toned it a drab dull color. And paid another 50$ plus . It was wrong from the beginning-when you highlight hair you get it to a light pale yellow not gold and think it’s lovely.
Best salon and spa ever! Awesome employees, great prices, perfect atmosphere.
They just push product on you

Never again, they just don’t know what they’re doing
I've gone to this salon to do my hair and get massages. When it comes to cutting hair I believe the guy is named mike, he cuts really well. When it comes to massages, Ashley is the only one who gives good massages. I explained to James on the phone why I didn't like getting massages from him but I have him the benefit of the doubt since the first time he massages me I was pregnant. James massage isn't helpful when you're in pain and it doesn't have a relaxing flow to it. The massage goes from firm pressure to extra light presssure as if he is falling alseep while massaging. I was very specific in what I asked for but I can tell James is a bad listener to detail. I asked for a Swedish 90 minute massage and was rung up as a deep tissue 90 minute. It's a $10 difference which isn't the problem the problem is the lack of attention to detail. In example I asked if he can work on my neck area and began to work on my mid back and upper back and not my actual neck. This will be the last time I attend this salon for any service. What a total waste of $80!!
